Alexander had a brother called Fullerton Robert Boyd born 1906 West Derby. The children may have been orphaned after their Mother Catherine died in 1910. It also appears that Alexander came to NZ via the "SS Ionic" in Jan 1925 as part of the Salvation Army Boys immigration scheme.
