During the evening songs were sung by Messers Pauling, Dolman, Malcolmson, Stevenson, J Doherty and R Curtis.

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Corlett of Ballaghomell in the Parish of Andreas. Hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made.
I leave and bequeath to my wife Ellen Corlett the whole of my Estate of Houses and Lands, to me belonging situate in the Parish of Andreas, meaning and intending hereby the whole of my Estate of Houses, and Lands, by whatever name the same may be known and where soever situated and being my Real Estate and to her Heirs and assigns, Forever Absolutely.
I also leave and bequeath to my wife aforesaid and to her Heirs, and assigns for ever absolutely a certain Meadow or parcel of Land to me belonging and situate in the Parish of Lezayre.
I also nominate constitute and appoint my wife Ellen Corlett, aforesaid, Sole and whole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

Alexander appointed the Public Trustee as Executor of his Will.
He gave £100 or sums of money for the adequate maintenance or benefit of his wife Isabella Protheroe, as long as she remained his widow or until death. She could also use his estate income, and occupy his property for the enjoyment of her life, again as long as she remained his widow.
After the death of Isabella or remarriage, was to divide estate into 7 equal parts - 6 to his children and the 7th to be between 2 grandchildren.
