Respected Grandad of Kane; Anthony and Sash, Katrina, Natalie and Brent; Jendra, and Brogan-Blue; Traceylee, and Kade; Phillipa and Ejvind, Aaron and Megan; Fiona, Jeremy and Jackie, and Anna, and all his great grandchildren. Special Uncle of Carol McCarthy. Allan's funeral service will be held in St James Union Church, High Street, Masterton on Wednesday June 18 at 11.00am followed by cremation in Masterton.

The Moderator reported that he being informed of William LAW & Agnes GLOAG both servants at Royston are irregularly married had ordered them to be cited against this day to (instract/retract) their marriage they being called compeard, confess their marriage before the session and produced a certificate thereof signed by Da Stange(Heange) before these witnesses, John Bog Stables servant in the Grass nercott?? and Agnes Nimno spouse to William Scot in Royston Mains -
The Mod sharply rebuked them for their irregular practise and exhorted them to severs repentance likewise required them to pay to the clerk & church officer what is due to them as if they had been regularly proclaimed.
The session ordered this certificate to be lodged in the clerks hand and a double of it with an extract of the procedure of the session to be given to the Bishops call ?-----
