A special thank you to the countless medical professionals who helped Melissa over the last 3.5 years, especially the staff at the Wellington Blood & Cancer Centre, and the staff at Te Omanga Hospice. In lieu of flowers a donation to Te Omanga Hospice, or to Kidscan would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
