GREYTOWN NORTH, THIS DAY.
James Gibson, of this town, died suddenly this morning. He had only been ailing during the night. Failure of the heart's action was the cause. The deceased, in days gone by, fought in the Maori war, and for years carried on a tailoring business in Greytown. The funeral takes place on Saturday afternoon.

Mr James Gibson, tailor of Greytown died suddenly at his residence yesterday morning at ten o'clock, of syncope. Deceased was about forty-four years of age, and leaves a widow and step family to mourn his loss. No inquest will be held as Dr Bey had been attending him previous to his death.
